Two independent immunoprecipitations were performed on formaldehyde crosslinked D. melanogaster embroys using an anti-Zeste antibody. Each immunprecipitated DNA sample was amplified, labeled and sequentially hybridized to three microarrays. The cel files were processed using the TiMAT analysis package. Several representative Interval Plots are displayed.
